That does look way better, and also more like a buildable car. GM still wont do it, but this at least makes it seem more feasible.

It looks very mazda to me. And I mean that in a good way. Now slap a rotary in it!

I have never liked the sound of a rotary! I much prefer my inline 6 in the Z. They would never put one of those in now! Opel is GM so maybe a 4 turbo.

Yeah GM could have a baby vette in the states. They are so focused on the Camaro, I hate that fucking thing.

Actually, a smart thing to do would have been to design the new Camaro in a way that had more international appeal, and exported it under the Opel and Holden badges as a new GT and Monaro. Or, maybe a new Manta and Monaro.
The car as it is now probably isnt what European buyers would want, at least in significant numbers, but a globalized product would have been a good idea.
